How I Set Up an IKEA Greenhouse Cabinet (Start to Finish)

This was truly a labor of love that took 8 months 😅 due to the spray painting, house move, and LIFE that happened in between, but it was worth it. Under normal circumstances, this project would take 2-3 days 😅.
I didn’t put that many plants inside, but the humidity hitting over 80% shows that I did a pretty good job with weatherstripping. I’m so excited because my other IKEA greenhouse cabinet (Baggebo) is STUFFED and many plants are starting to outgrow it. I know have so much more room to grow with this larger Rudsta.
I made a comparison video awhile back comparing all of the IKEA glass cabinets that can be converted into greenhouses - I’ll feature it again in my Stories (also saved in my Story Highlights). I chose the Rudsta due to its modern lines and straight legs, but there are a lot of options at different price points you can pick from!

It's just beautiful!!!! Every time I see it I want to give a try to making one 😅 I want more plants 😁 but I wouldn't know which ones need humidity 💀😅

Most houseplants appreciate higher humidity than ambient (above 50%)

Where are the custom acrylic shelves from? I thought I could get away with just keeping the glass but the humidity levels between the two sections is ridiculous. I also have a rudsta wide so that’s the one I wanna swap.
