I remember i was in elementary when columbine happened.. all I thought was like the school drills for fires and all sorts of shit had us go up a hill to the playground. And they used the same drill for school shooters. I was like man if I was a school shooter it would be so easy because they all bunch up and in a fenced off area. Told my mom I'd run home as it was only 3 miles and they could think what they wanted. Then thought about how I would do it if I were to do it. And the plan was shoot from below, wait for them to group up, then the accomplice hit from on top of the hill, they start running down, then somebody who isn't me start picking them off when they run down the 2 paths down and call it a day until the police kill the shooters. Even as a 9 year old child I saw the ineffective method and would just gtfo of there lol

I highly recommend you get a fixed blade for your knife. They are infinitely more sturdy than folding knives, and far faster at the draw were you to need it in a moments notice. They really don’t take up much room. Please consider it, make sure it has some form of hand guard or stop on it.

Tbh I only carry 2 extra mags, but I shoot an ak and it's impossible to find velcro mag inserts with 3 slots for 7.62 mags

@@TommyBrittain_tbgaming this is why we were sent in first. Alright, you do not want Velcro anything on your person. Either open top bungee or open top kydex. If I’m reaching for something the last think I need to have the enemy hear is my sketchers Velcro mag pouches. Take those 3 wide Velcro tops, fold them inside and behind the mags and if you have too take some glue and 1/4 hard foam and drop those in the front inner side. They will stay, they will last and they will save your ass from being put in the special class.

But ive seen plenty of police videos in my lifetime and i always noticed the ones who failed to act or didnt handle an intense situation always looked like this goofball over here. Never once seen an egghead, roundfaced goofy guy ever hold up well to an O.I.S Ive also seen it myself firsthand while serving as a security guard and alot of guys like him really like to hide behind the badge. But once you make em realize their backup isnt coming and seperate them from their blue brothers. They clam up and cry for their mommies because they literally thought their brass shield, L.E certification, and their agency would protect them from nuclear levels of threats when it is simply not true. Dont believe me? Ask Rick Gore. 40-year veteran peace officer and he has discussed that not alot of cops are good people and they are simply there for the power trip, qualified immunity and the paycheck. They dont care about law and order.

@jumkmayl7914 their just set up wrong. That knife and light isn't secured to anything and would get ripped off quickly in combat. Same for those shells. The shells are especially dumb. You only need them if you are running a breaching shotgun and they should be in the gun with the spares in your pack or secured in a pocket. The ir strobe makes no sense unless this mofo is running night ops with a large team and air support. Dudes a poser.

KZfaq tactical expert here: I feel like I would have added a mini medical kit just because if you or someone close to you gets shot or stabbed. How quickly they get their medical attention can easily mean the difference between life and death. But everything you put on your kit makes sense regarding your law enforcement background. Especially the flashlights.

Some people like space between the mags so the baseplate doesn't tug on the one next to it. (This is dependent on the magazine and the pouch though, a pouch with less grab to it is more prone to sliding out) Another reason is that people like the space so that you can choke up on the mag a little more when drawing it out to insert it, rather than just pinching the baseplate

For me 3 m4 mags on the front with a admin poutch on it. An other admin poutch on the chest. 2 m4 mags on the left side. 1 grenade + radio on the right side. Balls protection + a bags on it. And backpack attached on my plate carrier with 2mags on the side and big ifak on the front of the backpack. On my belt. 2 pistols mags on the left with ifak. Mags garbage. 1 ifak for me on the right with my pistol. And a little ifak on my back belt for other people. Helmet with ears protection. And flektarn gen3 covering on it. Gen 3 uniform flektarn. Eyes mask protection without sun protection. Active ears protection. And that it

You should look into Spiritus or Velocity Systems placards. Their plate carriers are really good but i prefer Spiritus Systems gear. The micro fight mk4 is what i like because you can attach it to your plate carrier or use it as a chest rig/LBE.
