This is a great and simple tutorial. I love taking drone shots but I struggle to make them interesting. Plus I’m very new to FCPX so this was perfect. Would love to see more like this. Or even a video on the gimbal settings you use to get smooth footage.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen video as you've stated at 3:17. Your suggestion is the simplest remedy to making this footage better. The other subtle editing tips are awesome tips to add the icing to the cake. Well done.

All great tips Ryan! Just one suggestion to others watching....please don't select High-Power-Lines as your 'Point-of-Interest'... LOL 🤣 Hope others get my sense of humor...thought it was funny all that you selected that for your shot. Drones and high-power lines just don't mix.... 🤣🤣🤣

Some of drone skills need to explain more and slowly talk. For example, 360 degree around the subject. Would you like to explain more with how to do it in the drone ( another camera record you when you move your hand from button to another button or if you made another video before you can send me a link .
