I lived in the US my whole life and recently left. After leaving it makes me realize how weird the state system is. It's like each state is its own sub- country with its own rules and regulations. Like why can you legally buy weed in one part of the country drive a couple miles in a direction and then suddenly that same weed could get you life in prison.
@fafadfasfa

Yeah it’s legal 20 minutes up the road but concentrates are a felony in my state….
@bruhdabones

It’s a solid setup but it does create awkward situations temporarily. Ultimately it allows the states to make laws that would be counterproductive in other regions. Plus states can move faster than congress if they want. Ultimately things like weed laws will become consistent enough between states, just like drinking laws

This man is such an amazing example for kids who grew up the way he did. Not in reference to his business dealings obviously lmaoo but just his attitude. He understands why it’s not worth it, and with his former experience, he would be a good teacher to a kid just like him. Sadly most people don’t grasp that until they’re actually adults with fully functioning brains, until something tragic happens, or serious intervention from someone who’s been there and done that.

@Ryan88881
@Ryan88881 2 жыл бұрын
Seems you don't know what decriminalization means then because that's for users to simply not get charged with a crime. It's not for the market and regulation of weed. It will still be unregulated and illegally obtained while decriminalized and even in states where it is fully legal and regulated.. it's overly regulated so the black market even in California is still very strong.

@@lukoflavi2111 Then just fricken say that dude. Because acting like it's just decriminalization or like decriminalization is the main answer here makes you sound like you don't know what you're talking about. It's 2022 guys, the concept of mere "decriminalization" has been a battlecry for the less informed for some time now. Say it's time to fully legalize or regulate weed if you want to come off as someone who appears at least relatively informed.
@Ryan88881
@Ryan88881 2 жыл бұрын
@@lukoflavi2111 I'm just saying, anyone who preaches "decriminalization" in 2022 just sounds like an idiot at this point. Stop trying to meet the ignoramuses or conservatives halfway. You have to go all the way with full legalization. Heck, I don't even like the term legalization that much because it implies some cultural dimension that is irrelevant. *Regulation* is the answer. But please don't be just another airhead who throws around politically moderate terms like 'decriminalization' when everyone already knows that doesn't go far enough.

A few years ago the sherrifs came thru one of my properties looking for a guy who fled, crashed and then ran on foot. They searched the whole hillside, most properties, chopper, dogs etc. One of the deputies walking thru, smiled and said it looks good here. The whole hillside is growers. That was it. No busts or harrassment. Currently they are targeting the Mexican, Russian and Hmong cartels. A few times a week theres 5-10000+ pound busts, all summer long, thats just light dep! Under 5 greenhouses and hundred or so full term wont bring any law enforcement. Some perks of being in a producing state.

You do realize the only reason this guy makes money is due to the fact that marijuana is illegal? If weed was legal, this job wouldn't exist. It would just be transported legally on trucks or whatever. Also I'm pro-drug legalization, I just find it funny you say it's sad to see the lengths this guy goes to be safe when the reason he has to be safe is why his job exists and he is making money in the first place. @@gobigorange If you make the regulated market preferable to the black market then the black market will eventually die out or become very small. Look at alcohol and tobacco, it’s so easy to get high quality alcohol and tobacco in most countries which means there is basically no black market. If drugs like cocaine and MDMA could easily be purchased in a pure form from a special pharmacy, why would anyone even bother going to the black market when they know it’s much safer to buy it legally? Weed is different as it’s a plant that anyone can grow, so there will always be an unregulated market, most drugs like cocaine and MDMA are not easy to produce, so it will be easy to get rid of the black market:

Cops confiscate part of every bust to use or sell. Lawyers deal in human flesh and blood. Judges are lawyers who make their real money taking bribes. Politicians are the Evilest and most clever of the lot. Does that answer your question?

It can be a medicine but just because morphine is a good painkiller doesn’t mean you can use it liberally without professional consultation. Same thing with marijuana. I’m all for using it for medicine under the right circumstances and with medical professionals prescribing it. But in my personal opinion, I feel smoking marijuana recreationally is bad. That’s just my personal opinion though.

they don't have dispensaries as of yet in majority of Virginia. each household is allowed to grow 4 plants only, not each person. each plant will be labeled with your full name drivers license i.d. number and the strain you are growing. not more than 4. even though you can have the plant matter in your home, you cannot make distillates or any other manufactured marijuana product. you can have up to an ounce on you at all times but have to be in a private residence to medicate. no public smoking at any time.

Establish LLCs in every state you pass through. Register your vehicle under the LLC, get a license plate in that state. Stop somewhere and swap your plate out upon entering each state. Problem solved. If troopers see a Cali plate in Illinois. It looks suspicious, obviously.
