Thanks for sharing. You've had an amazing transformation! Your method does make a lot of sense, about finding the 'whys' rather than just jumping into some punishing (and unsustainable) exercise regime.

Thanks for the comment. It's slightly ironic if you see my next upload :D oops. Though to be fair the exercise issue is more about how much I was enjoying it and just went too hard too soon.
