On this episode of "SOUL SEARCHING HOUR", Dentaa is on the quest to kick start a conscious spiritual journey.. She finds out from Doctor Jan (a Spiritual GURU) what a typical Morning Routine of a spiritually awakened person is like:
Dr. Jan wakes up at 4am every day without Man Alarm Clock.
He says as an early bird 'I don’t hit the snooze button it is better to just get right up.
First thing he does in the morning is ; he grabs at least a glass of water , then visits the bathroom. After taking care of morning things, he heads downstairs for his gratitude dancing routines, physical health ,AND breathing exercises .
This might be strength training, yoga, pilates etc . This part of his self care is done before he begins to meditate. Whatever it is, it leaves him in a good mood afterwards.
He then eats breakfast and the day begins for him.
