Here is how I study. (not recommend since I always do this 1/2 weeks before exams) 1. I list down what I need to study ( subject/chapter/) 2. set a timer for how long I need to study. I usually study for 2 hours straight with 30 minutes breaks and continue with another hour session. 3. While studying the subject ( i take a simple note like a mind map, easy to remember). 4. put away my phones completely. 5. after all the study sessions, at night I will read what I just study and try to ask friends for more information. and probably an effective way to study is to study with your FRIEND. if you have one LOL. it is effective since you interact with human beings and change opinions. that is how I do it. but still, everyone has their own ways of studying.

Studying with your friends is a great way to ensure you actually understand the content. Nothing worse than realising the topic you’ve just studied for an hour hasn’t quite sunk in when trying to explain it 😂

Preparation - calendar and schedule - Google docs block sessions - do house chores - gives sense of reset Learning 2:40 - shut distractions - close doors, switch off phone - use notion for writing down info and understand the section - turn the notes into toggles - active learning Revision - turn information into anki - anki Study tips 5:42 - space out study - e.g study biology over a few days - test self from time to time - try teaching what you learned to others - use pics and visuals when studying - embrace mistakes -

for me, active recall is so helpful! i turn literally every line of my revision guides into flashcards with questions on one side and answers on the other, and it’s so good to make you learn everything. i’ve found saying my answers out loud helps too because then i have to hear myself say it as well as think it & read it which makes me remember it more also i use online flashcards because i find they are quicker to make and also easier to organise and go through!! then like the night before (it should probably be longer but i literally only start revision like two days in advance lol oops) my exam i’ll go through the flashcards again and any ones i don’t get straight away i’ll write in a mindmap and then keep reading it whenever i have a minute and also watch youtube videos on them!!

How many flashcards do you regular 3 have for an exam and do you revise all of them before exam day?
@adlinar24452 жыл бұрын
@@Humiliated1234 Before the exam day, flashcards are much more effective or you can go through your summary notes as you don’t have all the time to rad everything from Topic 1. It’d be best if there are flashcards for every topics.
