you need to (1) commit to the pose. don't look shy, bc shy translates to awkward on camera and (2) practice in front of the mirror. i find that i have a tendency to have gross posture and put my face down giving me the double chin effect and i practiced in front of a mirror to actually see what certain body positions feel like

this video was so informative and thorough!! my favorite picture is the coffee holding picture, with the second runner up being the photos taken in the secluded corner (i don’t think i could have mustered up the courage to even do that tbh)
