Curious if you ever see yourself leverage umilical cord/wharton's celly in the near future with fresh cells expanded in culture(not frozen) along with exosomes? Hello Doc, I am curious about your opinion on peptide treatment as it relates to herniated discs . I have been dealing with a herniated disc in my neck for three months in the pain is fairly significant along with muscle spasms and tightness in my neck . Are there any peptides you would recommend for dealing with us and for promoting recovery? PS I am 25 years old and was otherwise in good health. I am currently seeing a pain management orthopedic regularly, was given a Cortizone shot in my neck on December 4th.

Do you feel like BPC157 or TB 500 has helped your back journey? Herniated disc specifically?

This feels like its me to a T but in my cervical spine. I called your office but the first price tag I saw made me consider other options like Chiropractic. What would the price range be for a procedure like this where you inject one or two discs and associated facet joints?

Do you do perineural injection therapy for this chronic low back pain as well?

I had L5S1 micro discectomy when I was 19. Currently 25 and have moderate to sever nerve pain in my right leg and slight numbness on the shin and toes. My low back is constantly achy and sore. I’ve done multiple steroid injections over the last 6 months but nothing seems to be helping the pain much. Would you recommend I try some bpc 157 or do you think that surgery may be the only option at this point? I’ve been trying to avoid another surgery so I’m willing to try peptides due to the testimonies I’ve heard
