A Christmas miracle if you ask me...I don't even know how i got here.
Kept my head down and stayed focused..Life can change so fast in a short amount of time.

Dang bro I had the same start like you. Same thing with hiring the Home Depot guys not knowing anything. I tell my customers to go on our Facebook page to see all of our pictures from day one to now. They love seeing that because they see the progression as you say, and trust me in handling their project

Great to look back and see where you came from every once and awhile. I have a fulltime IT gig but am trying to break into landscaping. I have a small backhoe/front loader and a small bobcat. Problem is I just can’t find customers and when I do I get priced out by the bigger guys with larger equipment and established crews. I feel like I’m being competitive but apparently not. Suggestions?

@@TigranGertz so dude I was on drugs to, kinda weird grant cardone has inspired me to. but dude seeing where people come from is pretty cool. I do need to add some exclusions to my contract. I just had a customer contact me and said his patio got scratch because he scooted a grill and wanted me to fix it. lol I was like thats not my fault. u can scratch 30 year old concrete if u r not careful

I don't understand why you clear cut all the top soil on every job..it's so unnecessary and removes years of nutrient build up. The richness of the soil is in the top "3 inches. And you remove it all...every time, every job. lol

Not even slightly. lol The top soil, top "3 inches are critical for sustainable development. The bugs, the decomposition, the leaves, the twigs all critical for sustainable landscaping. It's It's own ecosystem. And you remove it all. Everytime. The worm, ant, grub, spider holes is what allows air into the soil...without air going into the soil and the methane release, everything under the soil rotts instead of decomposing. When you clear cut the soil, you are sealing all those holes.

@@TigranGertz one other thing. Your labor costs are too high for residential construction. You shouldn't pay more than $30 for a forman. And that's a guy that knows the building codes. Everyone else $20-$23.

@@TigranGertz Tigran, the groove is in the hydro brake release on the inside of the rear tires. Release the hydro's on each wheel, we'll pull you out of the pond, then drill two tiny screws in the muffler, drain it dry and find your groove. This groove includes back at the shop finding proper screws/washers to screw back in the muffler drilled holes and pulling the plugs as well as drain all fluids and change all filters.., AND drain the hydro pumps and clean out the pumps and install fresh hydraulic fluid & filter..., You fire it up before these applied techniques, you bought it.💯 Now you REALLY need to find your own groove and pay the boss back for the blown Kohler engine.
