Btw it's impossible to get phoenix crow from Starr drops, he's a legendary and same for mythic skins 2 you can only get up to epic skins (29->149)

Click on your brawler on the main screen and it takes you to the brawlers tab then just click skins and whichever has the shop icon

Fun Fact: If you go to shelly using the brawler menu and try to buy PSG Shelly you can go into the shop

When u go through tutorial u can click Shelly and go to her skins and click first skin and it will take you to the shop
