In past videos..I mentioned using Optimum Power Clean in my wash process...plus much more. There were many questions that followed, so I chose to showcase the product even though it has been around for quite some time. Power Clean is effective on brake dust, bug splatter, traffic film, tree sap, tar and much more.

Thanks again Brian, informative video. For what it's worth I hear other people giving props out to others frequently. Case in point Brian at FAB Automotive Detailing just mentioned you on his live podcast Saturday night, in a very positive way. Also I see if someone mentions another reviewer in their comments usually the response is at least respectful. I have found many new reviewers by either the person making the videos mention them or someone mentioning them in the comments section. Thanks again for the video.

Someone was asking about Mequires ceramic wax and he referred to your review saying that it was a good one. Mentioned how you put the product to the torture test, which I always like. He has a live stream on Saturday nights that are quite fun and a lot of topics are discussed. Very family friendly, and I all ways get a laugh about something. But also some good automotive information is discussed.

Brian, long time fan of your channel, thanks for so many helpful videos. QQ, my IK foamer is arriving tomorrow and wondering what dilution ratio you recommend for OPC. I will be using to pretreat paint that is coated with IGL Kenzo, unfortunately due to neglect, the beading and sheeting action of the ceramic coating is gone, water clings to the panel and even a microfiber doesn’t glide over the panel. I am in upper north, guessing a lot of road salt and grime is stuck on the paint. Not sure if OPC would take the coating off or not, but right now I don’t have much choice. My plan is to clean using OPC, then treat with Ferrex, then put a coupe of coats of turtle wax ceramic spray sealant to act as a topper for the IGL(if there is any left that is). Thoughts ?

Great video Brian! Question, would it be pointless to use a 3:1solution of the PC in the IK 1.5 Foam Sprayer to clean my wheels and tires? Thinking about buying the IK 1,5 sprayer/foam combo. I would clean them twice/week Would I then need to go over it with ONR or Opti Clean? I'm new to Optimum products. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Question for you Brian, have you tried Opti-Clean, their waterless wash concenrate? I'm wondering how Opti-Clean at its 3:1 mix would compare for pre-treating or cleaning lightly soiled interior panels, versus using PowerClean at 5:1 or a weaker dilution. I'm interested particularly in switching to something else for interior cleaning, as I've been using ONR or URW and using a magic eraser for tougher spots but really I need to use a stronger chemical, but don't want to put Super Clean anywhere near the interior, and Spray Nine I don't like the smell from interior use. Appreciate your feedback!

I've been using this (gallon size only) aka Alien Kleen on Autogeek, named by a guy who used to post there, can't remember his name, for about 7 years now. It's the 1 product I've always replaced with the same thing and never deviated from it (have Super Clean too but hasn't replaced it, other uses) I always mix it 3:1 and end up using it around the house more than for automotive use, LOL. It works GREAT in my Little Green machine for carpeted mats, BIG TIME. I've used on tires and wells with great success. As far as whom I respect, well, I'm watching one right here. Wow this product is very versatile! Thanks for the info! Not related to this video but I really trust your opinion on products. Can you do a Meguiars Hybrid spray against DPC SIO2? I know you saw Scott’s video and I just don’t believe there is no SIO2 in the meguairs. They are a respectable company and don’t think they would lie. I could be wrong though. If there is truly no SIO2 in the megs then a test against DPC SIO2 would show that and prove Scott right. If you don’t want to I understand I just thought i would ask.

@@GregoryVeizades I know what you're saying, Super Clean has to be used with discretion. However, I have used Super Clean @ 1:10 and 1:12 (followed by a neutralization with N-914 @ 1:32) on Bentley leather and haven't noticed any discoloration of the material, three months post detail. Of course safe use of the Super Clean is most important, I would never directly spray Super Clean on any interior surface, it always gets applied via MF towel, then the worked panel gets sprayed down with a rinsless wash of low dilution, 1:32. Then that towel gets immersed in a bucket of rinseless wash usually at 1:128. The product in the towel rinse bucket will usually be changed out until deemed too dirty or saturated with discarded cleaner, which comes out to once or twice on a medium sized vehicle interior.

Now for the $50 question if your budget was tight and you were just getting your "feet" under you like I am with my "Detailing" business between the CarPro Multi-X and the Optimum Power Clean which would you choose as your go to APC to get the most bang for your buck! I have a gallon of 3D "Orange Degreaser" that I know is a good APC but knowing you use both of these APC's daily gives me the comfort zone that I don't have with the 3D Orange degreaser and I know that you have tried many APC's to get to the point where you are using these two in your video on a daily regular basis for so many cleaning aspects of your auto detailing business!
