I have to comment while watching. This aunt Jackie product is the real deal as I got it recently and I couldn't believe how lovely wash day has been for me so you are so right about the product. My go to staple. I came for the edge control which I want to get. Nice one.

I have used and loved Aunt Jackie’s hair products in the past. I purchased and used the Coco Wash and my grey. hair did not like it. How can I get a refund? The point of purchase refused to give me a refund.

This twist out did not turn out good. It's frizzy with no definition. You may need a different styler with better hold because flat twist outs should be better defined.
