Hi Joe, super happy for your progress and I love these kind of videos. I am a teenage rugby player both league and union, I am training in the gym and trying to do plyometrics and sprints when possible however my gym doesn’t have boxes for box jumps so I don’t really know what to do and I don’t really know where to do sprints as well. Thanks for the video

Also, I was definitely thinking about buying your training programme but I train on a Friday and play on a Sunday and there is no option for that

Thanks for the support mate very much appreciated! For starters if you want help sprint wise I have a free PDF document that I made a while ago, it’s pretty basic tbh definitely needs updating but worth a look. I didn’t realise Friday training and Sunday games was a thing tbh I’m very sorry I didn’t cater for that, if you still want a program you can grab a personalised one however it is more expensive. Another option that could work is grabbing the Wednesday Sunday one and either firm training legs on a Thursday (1 day before training) on week a of the split and the rest is absolutely perfect or skipping that leg session and doing legs just once a week as Friday and Sunday kind of only allows you to train legs Monday-Thursday and if you want 2 sessions in a week it kinda has to be on exactly Monday and Thursday so there’s enough rest. I hope that helps in some way mate!

I think I will try that cheers the only problem is that I am not able to go to the gym every day (usually about 4x a week) I don’t know how many times you need to go on the programme but would I be able to do some of the workouts at home or different versions of the workouts(I have basically no equipment at home)

The program is 5 days mate, you'd have to modify it definitely for the at home ones but it wouldn't be impossible and you'd at least have the most optimal training split to follow when you can't get to the gym
