My understanding, from 3+ years of research on hundreds of surgeons and the best, longest lasting outcomes of face & neck-lift techniques is that like with anything in life facial, cosmetic procedures evolve. And, as such, with time a new and better understanding of what's going to provide the safest, best outcome, including longevity is what we are all seeking. So it's silly to talk about what was done in the beginning. If you're a great surgeon you keep up with the most up to date techniques that are proven over time to have the best efficacy. However, if you're set on "old school" standards of techniques and are determined not to have to retrain and continue to develop your skills as a surgeon each yr, then you will be left behind and should consider retirement.

Im having surgery in Turkey in a few days. Hes administrating botox to relax muscles. Would this be something thats of concern in the future is my muscle is strong from using my masateur muscle because of body building and training. My muscle is strong and making my face less aged in this area for my age as its acting like bone structire i feel. If this is knocked out will this change the structure much
