@@SYGARAVthey don't need to buy shoes everyday.. they can offcourse afford to buy a bus ticket once in a while but not on daily basis.. Anyway $1 is too much for a city bus and it is expensive for most of the Indians.. city bus ticket in India is as cheaper as ₹5..
