How Indore Became India's Cleanest City?

Have you ever wondered what makes Indore India's Cleanest City?
Recently the results of Swachh Survekshan Awards 2022, the Union government's annual cleanliness survey were announced and Indore was adjudged the cleanest city of India, followed by Surat and Navi Mumbai. Indore is Madhya Pradesh’s largest and most populated city. It generates 19 lakh kgs of waste everyday and still with a collective effort of the Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC), the public, technology and NGO's it has eliminated garbage dumps, ensured 100% household-waste segregation and converted waste to usable products, such as compost and fuel.
In this video I explain what steps Indore took to achieve this and what the other cities of India can learn from the same.

Actually, even if we live in buildings that mostly have verandahs, we can easily make compost from our kitchen waste, so we don't have to throw away bio waste.

True. But public support is extremely essential. Public should not spit on the streets. Public should not piss on the footpaths/walls. Only then any city can take a great step towards cleanliness.

4:24 #Mistake 17,000 - 18,000 kg /Day Bio Methane. (Not yearly). Small plant near my home at Choithram Sabji Mandi generates 1700 kg everyday.

indore me agar galti se bhi health worker (jo kachra uthane aate hai) woh gila or sukha ek sath dekh lete hai toh Kachra nahi dalne dete or agar aapne dal diya toh 500Rs ka chalan kat dete hai mera kat chuka hai
