My version of self care is dancing hahaha. Not in the club but in my room close it n dance to some good music alone like for 30 minutes😂

My version of self care always involves my body. Doing my nails and hair or a facial,I am really rejuvenated. Also keeping my surroundings clean and tidy is just it.

I always call mine "me time". I get it after putting my kids to sleep then I take a longer shower or watch telenovelas or enjoy KZfaq videos mostly bump love or animated stories. After that I feel recharged.

Self care for me is taking a walk in a park, cooking, long drive in a nice car, quiet time and a clean home. That's my lifestyle living in the U.S. Washington DC area.

Self care....wen i go shopping personal things. Shoes,clothes...etc. I stress release. I become happy.😊

I hardly find time for self care. Too much on my plate, I look at myself in the mirror and I feel miserable yet the people in my care are glowing. I hardly buy myself a pair of shoes,a new dress,.....I feel sad

I think ma version of self care is when everyone around doesn't count on me to take care of them,if they're doing it on ma behalf and am watching them or they let me do what I want,go a day without planning meals, etc

Self care for me is a Netflix, with a chicken piece on the side and a drink preferably ice cream just two hours of no talk no soso media, taking a walk as I wonder in thoughts and image things, exercise and a facial over the weekend.

Self care,for me It's time away from the outside people,and am with my family home,that time I choose to cook ,do all house work.I remember when I had my own home,I used to have such days, atleast one monthly,and you would see everyone home soooo... excited and happy,eating mum's food today!! Ee!! Haha, but this time when i join the marrieds team,I think I will think about increasing on the cooking in my home, atleast two times a week oba! It's only breakfast that puts a woman on tention I think,that must be a daily thing to do by yrself for your husband.

My self care is just like that of Pumula because l can lock myself in the house for 2 days because l love being in the house reading and making some research then am happy.
