legends. I give the edge to Big Boi though. Just cause he been making entire songs and all the hooks. Andre has great verses and features but not great RAP songs... and for that I give the edge to Big Boi as the better rapper and deserves to be ranked higher than Andre. no disrespect to 3stacks... except for that ass flute album... he disrespected all of us with that one.

The Bay Area supported the South more than anyone . Im suprised he aint mentioned that. We supported every region probably more than any other region. From mainstream to underground. From consvious to gangsta to mainstream to battle. We dont discriminate. From buying records to giving artists shows to our independent stores. @@frosty4ced Atl its always love. But the Bay Area was a platform for Atl & the South before the Atl really became as huge as they are. Our independent scene opened up to the south more than anyone else early on. All the south rappers were moving around in the Bay and getting love and the Bay rappers were huge at that time. Were talking about 2 different things. Gipp is admitting Atl and South had its own sound and preferences. Which is true. The Bay is same way. Watch a Warriors game and a Hawks game. You hear specific regional hits. But im saying before Atl started the run. The Bay was supporting the early stages of south growing. More than LA , NY, Chicago. Bay was the South voice outside the south. Our major rappers and indie rappers were embracing the up and coming south rappers

Nothing about dude rap career came off as up north including his sound, his look, his videos and album covers. And Bun B's connects?? Bruh if Bun had connects that are enough to impact his rankings on a BS opiniated rap list, his career would have propelled beyond PA/Houston and the south in general.
