This is impossible. India has a democratic system where ordinary Indians have the power to govern, and this right (i.e., universal suffrage, voting) cannot be relinquished. China and Singapore, on the other hand, have authoritarian systems where elites hold the reins of power, and elections and voting are limited to a restricted scope.
