Any kind of risk ( ~99%) can be identified/noted/reported/can be mitigated during DSU by either team or Clients .. If not then next sprint plan can be done with better risk management. following 'Fail Fast' concept.... This is one of the best way of handing risk in project delivery.

Amazing delivery. The daily standup meeting is an essential forum to tackle risks on a short term. The backlog refinement and priortization is a forum to handle medium to long term risk

For PMP Question, the question can only be understood well when we also know the options given in question. My guess is this question may have option called Scrum of Scrum (SoS). we do have PMP related discussion forum where we discuss such things in detail, forum.izenbridge.com

Listing some of the factors to find the right sprint length 1. How must time is good to create sense of urgency in team 2. How long team can go without taking feedback on their work 3. How stable are priorities 4. How must time technically a small items of value take 5. What is happening currently and what is not working.
