Well with the cartels from Mexico and South America militarizing at a fast rate compared to the average countries militaries, I can see that happening, hell, even some of CJNG (Sinolia) cartels toke over one the major military bases in Southern Mexico just as of recently I think a couple of months ago

I've noticed Harper takes charge for Section, like, Section by himself is stumbling on what to do with everything going on. Harper being there makes it easier for Section (and for you), but for story telling reasons, Section being without Harper makes sense, you're trying your damnedest to get everything to work, no matter how difficult it gets. You just have to keep pushing along.

No worries, Menendez DIES either way, according to Black Ops 3 Data Vault. His death is described as canon. So you can feel free to keep Harper alive ^^

Agreed with everyone else. It's cool seeing how lonely the final missions get. You *are* CMDR Mason yet without the rest of the team it's just lonely. Everyone obeys fine to help you stop this threat. Feds, Secret Service. The Army, possibly Chinese special forces and even the friggin LAPD. But the camaraderie and brotherhood is gone. Menendez has you in the soggy lonely space he wants you in. Probably hoping you'll take it out on him. Honestly just fantastic writing all around. RIP Kamar de los Reyes. He made a perfect villain come to life.

Man the last few missions feel so lonely. With Harper it’s almost like you a have one last shoulder to lean on and help you through your mission without him it just feels isolating like David Mason is mirroring what Menandez feels. Man I love Harper.

Fun fact: There’s a theory going around that the pilot, Anderson, that saved David Mason is the mother of his daughters Savannah Mason and her sister from Black Ops 4. If true then this makes this mission less lonelier knowing David found peace and someone he can trust in the end.

Harper is the best character in this game. Treyarch's decline wasn't with BO4 and futuristic games, it was with being forced to kill Harper for the good endings.
