Honestly the foam ripping is just something I’ll get used to. It’s not like I’m gonna strip my doll like everybody does to check on Chucky. Tots is still my main horror prop place to go.

Yeah, the foam idea was really a terrible one. I don't get what would've been so hard to have the skeleton inside, and just make a plush body like the Cabbage Patch dolls? Also, you can use a little acetone (fingernail polish remover) and a wipe or cotton swab to remove the paint off his neck, just don't get any on his actual face paint, and wipe the area with water and a little soap after.

Yeah, within 15 to 20 years that foam body will be dust. I bought a Muppet that was made in the 70s back in 2008, and when I pulled it out of the box her foam body was 100% dust. The box looked like it was full of sand. Don't worry too much about the head coming off. I've seen people who cut the foam off with a knife, and the head hands an feet are attached to the ball joints. The only way his head is coming off is if his ball joints snap off at the head which does happen. I saw a guy who's Good Guy doll had a broken ball join in the arm.

Thanks for your video dude, You've helped me realise that selling mine so I can get my motorcycle license wasn't a bad idea after all. Now's he's the new owners problem lol Mine had a shiny mark on his nose also when he arrived from the plastic of his shipping box. Wasn't the best of quality when I brought it.

I used a stretchy shirt and made a bodysuit that fits tightly around my doll, it’s a permanent bodysuit so it’s not coming off, but what I did is I ripped out the foam under the armpits and replaced that area with thick dense stuffing so his arms could bend more freely, I actually replaced the entire armature wire with a plastic ball and socket kind and hallowed the foam torso and legs then slipped them I into the suit, I zip tied around the hands and head so it stays in its proper position

I think trick or treat studios did a wonderful job with the doll's head it's a shame that his body does not match the quality of work that they did on his head I feel like trick or treat studios has ripped their customers off they paid $500 and then really when you finish when you finish adding tax and stuff in some cases it's almost 8 or 900 dollars and some places they asking for a thousand dollars for this very same doll it's a shame to get ripped off like that this phone is a distress the phone on this doll is a distress I'm not going to be buying this doll maybe maybe somebody else will come up with the Chucky with the features and what a better constructed body with movement it's ridiculous and for to see all these reviews and people are talking about how great this doll is how great this doll is come on come on I'm a doll collector I have dolls from the 40s 50s 60s and I have artist dolls German artist dolls dolls that look like they could walk up to you and ask you for a drink of water my collection have a wide range of all kinds of dolls trick or treat studios doll will not be in my collection because what they're asking for the doll I have dolls in my collection that cost 10 times that their quality of the Dolls body is ridiculous

Yea that foam is cheap materiel tots uses for all their life size puppets which is why I never take mine out the box. I hope neca ones don’t tear so easily since it seems like their using the same foam

I received mine yesterday and i did a cut around legs joints (he can sits better now). I'm thinking to do the same for his arms.

my doll tore in several parts of the joints, I ended up using expansive foam to fix it. It was a great job.I had to do something. This doll in my country costs R$ 4000, 8x more than $ 500.

TOTS needs to get rid of the foam and make it into a rag doll.

how do you get yours to even sit down, mine wont even stay sitting. I think it's his joints in the upper thighs but they won't even bend to sit how yours is on the bed

Both my Glen and custom Glenda took two months for BOTH their left arms to rip and break. I did manage to "fix it", but their left arms are floppy now. I really wish they used articulating plastic for the bodies.

The tears look like the ones in my tempurpedic foam bed i use 2 have!!!foam tears and rips up so easily that's y i went on Etsy and found this badass plush doll i know tots has a plush doll but the hair and clothes on it is terrible and i want to insert a voice box in it which the etsy has higher quality clothes,hair and has a zipper so i can put a voicebox ❤

My doll has the shoulder joint messed up a little and the shirt at the shoulder fits weird. It does not destroy the doll its still cool looking but honestly these should have been made cloth with the plastic hands and head. Not sure why they made the bodies like they did. Even so I love mine and don't regret buying it.

Could anyone tell me if the foam would rip if you would keep it in the box sealed? Does the ripping come from posing or does it happen by itself anyway? Because of the ripping being at the joints parts it sounds like its because of posing.

I'm with u man.. this foam body is crap. I also want mine turned into a rag doll like the movies. My foam is badly ripped even the back of his ankles are ripped. This wig is crap to. I gotta find someone to redo him overhaul the body and a new much better wig. Let me know if or when you do fix yours up. The wig on mine is so bad it's not soft like it was out the box is stiff and ratty ugh. Not worth 500 we paid 500 for head hands shoes clothes n wig. Feel so cheated.

Hey my chucky didn't have that bad ass thing inside the sponge mine had aluminum and his arm and leg fell off completely I have the seed of chucky doll and I'm so devastated and sad I don't think it was fair this happened after so much I paid for.

Those are just sticker eyes the real chucky has realistic eyes. And the hand don't look big and stiff like some chucky dolls.

Probably made in China that's why its ripping apart I heard Erick Rivera makes the best chucky dolls look him up world studios. Not that cheap foam stuff.
