What you said about Assam is 100% correct...i live in Assam even though im from nagaland. Assam , specially Guwahati is way more expensive than some of our metropolitan cities. Maybe because its the commercial hub of northeast....the prices are going up everyday. In no time it will be the most expensive city in India or even Asia...
