Almighty God wants us to know just how out of control the world can become if we ignore Him. There hasnt been a generation since the planet's foundation which hasn't been full of lies, distress, battles, and pain...all because of righteous disobedience and this type of deceit impacts upon our genetics even in our own life-time, but often in the life-span of our off-spring. You see, our nervous expressions burn up nervous energy and it is this loss that drives our genetics hysterical, so that we can't cope. Last night I had dream of this smoke, it was a great eruption and I remember seeing the smoke just shoot and explode in the air like a burst of a water spout but what’s not normal is how the smoke fell back down, it was turning into things.

Because the question that Jesus apostles asked Jesus was about "the sign of his presence" or how to know that he was invisibly present, when he was now "in power" and has turned his attention to the earth. Jesus apostles asked him this: "Tell us, when will these things be (of the temple being destroyed, see verse 2), and what will be the sign of your presence ("presence", Greek parousia, meaning "presence, a standing beside" and NOT "coming" or something yet future, which is the Greek word erchomai that Jesus used at Matt 24:30) and of the conclusion of the system of things ?”(Matt 24:3) Jesus told his apostles how to identify the beginning of his invisible "presence", "the final part of the days" (Dan 2:28; Hosea 3:5; "the latter days", KJV), how to know that he had been crowned king of God's heavenly Kingdom. Jesus then gave several features of "the sign (or indicators, like a sign a driver looks at that points them to a certain location down the road, but the sign is NOT the location, of something not seen) of his (invisible) presence", saying: "Look out that nobody misleads you, for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. You are going to hear of wars and reports of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for these things must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress."(Matt 24:4-8) Note: another way of looking at "the sign of Jesus presence" is "signs" that are displayed when a person has the flu, feeling feverish, weak, lack of an appetite, these being "the signs" that shows what a person has, the flu, that is caused by an unseen virus, but "the signs" are a "dead-giveaway" of what they have. So, "nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another........are a beginning of pangs of distress", that would show the beginning of Jesus invisible "presence", that he was now king of God's heavenly Kingdom, and whereby Jesus has cast Satan and his demons out from heaven, the result of an unseen heavenly war that is recounted for us at Revelation 12:7-9, and immediately brought great "woes" on the earth, as Revelation 12:12 describes. When did "nation rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom" on a scale as never seen before in human history ? With the outbreak of World War I on July 28, 1914, that started the "beginning of pangs of distress" on mankind, and has NOT relented. And this is further seen at Revelation 6, whereby the rider on "the white horse", Jesus Christ (see Rev 19:11-13), is given a crown, to God's Kingdom, so that he immediately goes forth to "conquer and to complete his conquest" (Rev 6:1, 2), with him taking immediate action against his archenemy, Satan, and casting him and his demonic angels down to the earth. They are forced to remain on the earth and because Satan has "great anger", he caused World War I, so that at Revelation 6:3, 4, the rider on a "fiery-colored horse" takes off, that depicts human, political warfare, being "granted to the one seated on it to take peace away from the earth so that they should slaughter one another, and he was given a great sword". By the end of World War I, an estimated 20 million soldiers and civilians were dead, an unfathomable number at that time, so that the year 1914 is the "beginning of pangs of distress" for mankind, with MUCH more to come, such as World War II that tripled the death toll of World War I, the Chinese Civil war (from 1927-49 C.E.), the Korean conflict (1950-53 C.E.), the Vietnam war (1957-75 C.E.), the Serbian war in the Balkans from 1990-2001, etc. With Jesus enthronement and subsequent casting Satan out of from heaven and bringing global war, the rider on the "black horse", depicting famine, came forth, so that food would be scarce in many places or where it could be found was priced out of the range of ordinary people, such as "a quart of wheat for a de·narʹi·us (a whole day's wage, see Matt 20:1) and three quarts of barley for a de·narʹi·us; and do not harm the olive oil and the wine (because they were so expensive that only the wealthy could afford).” At Revelation 6:7, 8, it says that the rider on a "pale horse" came forth, depicting death (that was followed by the Grave) by various means, whereby "authority was given them (or three of the riders, the fiery-colored horse, the black horse and the pale horse) over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with a long sword and with food shortage and with deadly plague and by the wild beasts of the earth (or by the political governments who are beastly in nature, see Rev 13:1, 2)." So, the start of birth pangs are NOT yet future, but began in 1914, and will end at "the great tribulation" (Matt 24:21), that will also end the last three riders as "troublemakers", while Jesus Christ as the rider on the "white horse" (depicting righteous warfare) will continue his ride until the end of his Millennial reign, when "the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing."(1 Cor 15:26)
