Type in reduced house prices Ireland into Google, choose the my home one have a look. I don't like daft. There all down some only 2% some 30% . So if a collapse happens early 2024 and there's a credit crunch do you expect people to grab them in cash ?? The euro is in trouble and with cbdc on the horizon this cbdc token won't get you a house . Crypto ? Gold ? I don't no , silver, platinum palladium? Anyway fiat currency WILL NOT get you a home in 2024 people won't want it .

In the US, prices crashed too, especially in the coastal cities. Poor regulation of the banks caused disaster in the US , IRL, UK, and lots of other countries. Voters punished Fianna Fail big time in IRL. In the US, voters chose Obama, in Nov 2008, and the turmoil in the economy had much to do with it. Banking on the surface is a dreary commodity business. In reality, it can be a weapon of mass economic destruction.
