It's a standard, cheap voice recorder module from China. You can get them on eBay or places like Alibaba or GearBest for just a few bucks. I'd recommend using something better, this one is really low quality.

Search for "ISD1820" for the exact same one in the video, or "ISD1730/ISD1760" for a better quality one. (For ISD 17XX/18XX series the last two digit stands for the maximum recording time in second when sampling rate is at 6KHz. A larger sampling rate will result in a better sound quality. Considering a typical music file will start at least 11025 Hz, the actual recording time will be much shorter if you want a decent sound. In this use case however, the cuckoo sound is somewhat short, leaving you a more versatile selection of recording/playback chips or modules.)

I love the music you’ve chosen for the video. I wish that I could know what songs are called. Great job on using a wristwatch that didn’t work anymore. That was a great idea for the project. You should fix the chiming problem though. It chimed 7 times when it said 12:00.
