It's a great place to visit. I was disappointed that they were not distilling anything when I stopped in a few years ago. I didn't realize that the operation is somewhat seasonal with the production of grain ingredients. I did get to claim my Ambassador barrel 1 liter bottle, a custom label with my name on it and a visit to the hand-dip tank. My tour included a tasting including the new "46" when it was about to come out. Wow! The folks that work there were really nice. Great video showing the property.

We're so glad you enjoyed the video. Sounds like you had a great time even though the distillery was in its silent season - and that gives you another reason to go back!

Thankfully no yeast was harmed in the making of this video. Well... except for the yeast making the beer!
