Indian Cuisine is the only one, in my opinion that can do a proper vegetarian dish. Were I to live there, I believe I could become vegetarian and not have any regrets.

Authentic Pav Bhai never used to be this watery. Also it used to contain cauliflower and eggplants meshed with potatoes, green peas, tomatoes, coriander leaves and onion, garlic and ginger.

It's the traditional way of 'cooking' the pav for pav bhaji. It's usually done with butter/oil and a small amount of the bhaji/subzi (the reddish brown thing on the round thing). Although in this case the cook seems to have used a little extra bhaji. But not to worry, it will still taste delicious. And now I'm hungry for pav bhaji 😞
