ABOUT VIDEO:
Vinegar is an aqueous solution of acetic acid and trace compounds that may include flavorings. Vinegar typically contains 5-8% acetic acid by volume. Usually, the acetic acid is produced by a double fermentation, converting simple sugars to ethanol using yeast, and ethanol to acetic acid by acetic acid bacteria.
Many types of vinegar are available, depending on source materials. It is now mainly used in the culinary arts as a flavorful, acidic cooking ingredient, or in pickling. Various types of vinegar are also used as condiments or garnishes, including balsamic vinegar and malt vinegar.
As the most easily manufactured mild acid, it has a wide variety of industrial and domestic uses, including use as a household cleaner.
WHITE VINEGAR SIRKA PRACTICAL FORMULATION:
Water : 980 ml
Citric Acid : 2.25 g
Sugar : 01 g
Sodium Chloride Salt: 3.4 g
Acetic Acid : 12 ml

If it's unpasteurised vinegar, the fermentation can be kick started by the microbes in the first vinegars "mother" ... it's literally called that. I doubt white store bought vinegar is unpasteurised though.

Those "chemicals" or ingredients are: 1. Water 2. Citric acid (organic compound naturally occurring in lemons and limes) 3. Sugar 4. Salt 5. Acetic acid (organic compound that naturally occurs in fermented fruits and vegetables) All these things come from nature

White vinegar can be used for cleaning or pest control (keeping away ants) It's a natural resource that humans can use INSTEAD of harsh chemicals

Everything in existence including you is also "a hodgepodge of chemicals", and this is for industrial vinegar also known as cleaning vinegar which is not safe to consume. Food grade vinegar is fermented.
