I have learned that the underbelly of a GX460, like a pair of shoes, does say a lot about the man who owns it - where he's been and where he's going. This GX is a proper off-roader. No buts or ifs. Very few people employ this vehicle for the reason it was built. This video will put a smile on the faces of those Toyota engineers.

I saw somewhere you can get a small extension hose/stem for the tire air valve that hangs down by the chain. So you don't have to lower the spare to air it up.

Hmm I don't have to lower mine to air it up...just gotta crawl under there with the air hose. Edit: I have been mounting mine face down this whole time. Whoops. Face up (towards the underbody) is definitely better for protecting the wheel cosmetically and for clearance. But less convenient for checking your pressure I suppose! Also, I can co firm that a 265/65/18 Cooper Discover AT2 will fit under there without touching the KDSS bar or the Class III hitch. Just barely though, you are down to the millimeters and will have to maneuver it in carefully.

Atrac is awesome☑️. Atrac turns on when you go to 4L☑️. Don’t use rear locker because of power distribution ☑️. If going off on unknown trail lock center differential ☑️. Do you have a video on crawl mode? Thanks so much for the education.😊

Wouldn't using a michelin as a spare for a ko2 cause problems from the weight diff? I could understand if maybe a pound or 2 diff but there's quite a diff in weight of the latitudes and ko2.

It would just be a temporary spare... and I would not be concerned about any problems
