In last three years I've read several "niche finance books" written by great American professors, technocrats and minister. I was amazed by the fact that how could this be possible that whenever they talk about Jamie dimon for a bit in their books they are so respectful and admirable towards him, this is very rare to find someone who doesn't have critics. So one can understand how much hardwork, precautions and wisdom Jamie dimon has put his whole life into his work. 💯💯

It’s crazy how fast a home owner can foreclose in the USA. In Canada and the UK it takes like 6 months at least to full evict someone. The laws in the US are the true problem of course people will use it to their advantage. Especially in the USA. It’s takes a lot of paper work and time to kick people out here. My downstairs neighbours haven’t payed rent in like 8 months and there still living there. There is a good documentary about how different the process is comparing the USA and UK.
