In Japan (and other regions), an ancient variant of pots is used to catch octopuses. Fishermen leave Octopus pots on the sea bed for days. In time, Octopuses enter these pots out of curiosity or for shelter, no bait is required. When the fishermen bring the pots back to the surface, the octopus do not try to escape, they stay put in their pot.

Notice how when 1 is thrown onto a pile of them, the whole pile wiggles like rubber. That's exactly what the flesh is like - rubber! I have eaten plenty of octopus and squid in Japanese restaurants and enjoyed it. But I always wonder whether my body is really digesting any of it. All-in-all I love Japanese sea-food and wish I could enjoy it every day. I always finish a meal of Japanese food with a portion of raw Pineapple, which helps greatly with digestion. Noal Farms, your videos are EXCELLENT!

For the comments that are absolutely horrified - this is why you don’t do it as a job. The moment you humanize an animal you eat is when you are incapable of doing something in regard to that was just another thing you ate. The people who do this sort of job sees it as only that, a job; they do the bloody dirty work so you don’t have to. And what’s amazing is that majority of food processing can be more humane than that of the natural world

The countries that take from the sea but never seem to put back into it...seems odd that PETA goes after hunters but refuses to go after this sort of thing.
