In a certain time (usually four times a year) Japanese people and other foreigners who reside in the same area will throw the uncombustible garbage in the morning @6 - 8 am at parking area before there are many vehicles parking there. They will put the garbage before going to work. The city office will announce the schedule for throwing the garbage. So it is not allowed to throw the garbage anytime. The truck will come to load them about 8 am because there will be many people park their vehicles there.
