Yeah, I’m trying to follow that now when I got into ultrarunning, I got talked into going vegan for a while until ligaments and everything else started hurting when I wanted to start going to the gym with my son that’s when everything fell apart of my body so then I tried to increase the protein, vegan wise, and that just destroyed my gut Working on this think I’m doing good it’s kinda like keto I guess from what I’ve been reading and I bought the blueprint book and I’m just adding a lot more protein and it’s going good. I’m even noticing on my long runs I’m probably fueling about half of what I used to, wish I knew before
