These two are literally sooo similar. Both harsh critics of themselves but hype each other up like none other. They both give such meaningful gifts and being super appreciative of it, showing it off to everyone which is so cute. They're both professional dancers before they debuted and are super serious about it. They are the hearts of the band, always making the room shine bright and being the emotional glue of the band. Jimin is the comforter in the group while J-Hope is genuinally selfless person. They know how to have fun but also are super in-tuned emotionally and are not afraid to show their vulnerability. J-Hope basically wears his heart on his sleeve and you can tell his expressions are real while Jimin is always smiling, lovey-dovey on his members, and sincere. They're both so kind and tender when their members are sad and I've seen lots of clips where they are the ones who make them feel better so I'm sure other members go to them the most for emotional support. I'm pretty sure they are the ones who helped Jin, RM, and Suga dance because these three didn't know how to so the ammount of patience and care they must of had, oof. So I get how they have such a unigue bond with each other and personally, they're my favorite duo of the band. The fact they were roommates for a very long time makes it an extra bonus. And I have hard time choosing between these two as my bias.

I think every maknae has their "go to" hyung and hobi is definitely jimin's... I've always felt that these 2 were one of the closest duos in the group as I've noticed they tend to always be together in bts behind contents (along with JK a lot of the times) so I've never been able to wrap my head around how jihope as a duo and 3J as a trio are so underrated. 2:13 is probably my fav moment, jimin really went to j-hope for comfort when he was feeling nervous before performing the truth untold and hobi's proud smile after jimin performed it without making any mistakes :( I've noticed that a lot of jihope moments always get ignored and made about "__ member being jealous" instead of appreciating jihope as an amazing friendship. (the backhug at 13:58 is one HUGE example, there's so many "jealous" moments from that video that it overshadows the actual cute jihope moment)
