Dorothea can live her life in the shadow and have the same comfort in life than Jon, but without a camera wherever she goes. A marriage and relationship is about the time together, not about the moments that aren't together. A person with an affair isn't any less of a great person. Cause in the end, they are together and they are great together. Jon could have gotten married 5 times to any model or filmstar in the world, but he built his life with his highschool sweetheart. That's simply amazing.
