Does he mention how he makes his hp? I have a 505whp C6Z, without a cam and mild tune. Wondering if i can get to about 580whp for a 6lb/hp racecar

Ported + polished heads, aggressive cam, 2" Headers to a midpipe dump, intake that breathes well, and a tune. That'll get you over 600rwhp guaranteed, probably similar to his build for 650hp

650whp build is 95% head and cam choice. Mast motorsport black label heads, MSD intake and likes of an RPM B3 cam will get you there.
