1 percent for 12 years ?? even uk with its low interests does not offer such low mortgages, well granted uk mortgages last 30 years but still. sounds so good.

It should be 1% PER MONTH. That is the standard SACCO interest rate in Kenya i.e 12%p.a on reducing balance.

Even life is not guaranteed. Are you certain you will be alive tomorrow? Negative talk is what makes the poor remain poor and the rich continue to grow richer. They are willing to take chances.

@@listanthenya5392 i am certain kcb, coop, equity will be there. I am not certain this sacco will survive next 5 years. No negative talk here. Just warning the people. And no I’m not poor :) I’m just trying to enlighten our people to tread carefully in wild waters.
