It's very possible, such rent is for fully furnished houses, usually rented out to expertriares. I haven't heard them mention that but that might be the case in this show. However if that is not the case (unfurnished) such a house would fetch 250k max depending on its proximity and exclusivity.

First home I have seen in Kenya with a properly built cloak room. No unnecessary tiling on the walls. Exterior doors have no weather stripping.

What he meant guys is for the people furnishing the Villa and renting them on Airbnb they reck in 25,000 per day during peak season and monthly that can convert to 750k..hypothetically you get booked full month..Its just also marketing,I have lived in Kilifi all my life they is also competion after Pazuri which is a new development put up few kilometres from it.

No way this villa is only 17m. He probably meant 70m. 750k a month for one object worth 17m is a pipe dream. 75k is more like it. Where's the catch?

This property location and views make no sense. Hard to get 100% monthly booking. Only concrete jungles, no ocean or mountain scenic views.
