well if you give him 5-10 minutes you can be lucky if you get to ask A question, you might not even get beyond the greeting

When you interview Kevin Smith, he will just as much interview you, you don't get anything out of Kevin in less than 25 minutes because he'll go on three tangents and then start asking you questions

It’s a listening technique to show that you’re active listening. It’s a hard habit to break.

Typically, that's a cue from the interviewer. They are supposed to use it to warn the guest they are about to ask another question or make a comment. The obnoxious part here is that he is just doing the "mhm" constantly, and Kevin **really** loves talking.

I get the need to be an 'active listener' but why are their voices coming from two different earphones. Weird!

I've been a fan of his movies since my age was single digits and now here I am at 33 still a fan, and not for nostalgia reasons, just because I actually love his movies.. it's only in the last few months I found his KZfaq channel and all these interviews where I started to realise he's actually a truly great man. I honestly can't say enough positive things about him, and I don't fanboy over celebs, and I don't usually stick to one thing online, but can 100% waste a day watching Kevin Smith videos and not feel it's wasted haha
