I wouldn't rule out AT Perry so soon. I think he could be our leading WR leader in yards and TD 's this season. He may very well be the key!

My prediction for Derek Carr this season is 4,450 yards 31 tds 7 ints and 1 rushing td And make another pro bowl

I might be a little biased because I’m a Fresno guy who watched him play at Fresno State, but I am hopeful we can see some serious production from Carr that translates to wins. 4,600+ yards, 42 TDs, 9 INTs.

I predict he will set the completion percentage record this year. Last year did not set well with Carr. We saw what he is capable of doing in those last 6 games. He was dialed in and playing at another level. Carr is a perfectionist. He may not get high yardage ( like close to 5000 yards) but the completion percentage record is in danger.

Chris Olave: 3.13 YPRR with motion the last two regular seasons. 3rd behind only Tyreek Hill (3.98), CeeDee Lamb (3.22). So excited to see this updated offense next yr man I think olave is going to thrive thrive W/ Play Action: DC 64/87, 73.6% comp, 813 yards 5 tds, 37 1st downs, 1 INT, 116.7 Rating 1 sack, 10 air yards/att

Another benefit of motion n play action is it will help the undersized CO n Sheed! It’ll allow them to avoid some of the press man coverage from the bigger more physical CBs. I look for both to line up in multiple positions, possibly even in the backfield!

Hey Ross, one player I’m looking forward to cyn behind this wide zone is Kendre Miller!! IMO his running style is a good fit for it! He uses his vision n patience to set up his blocking, while lookin for a hole to make that hard “one cut” n turn upfield!

I feel that the 1st.rd. offensive line picks for the saints are going to thrive in Kubiak 's run/ blocking scheme because in college the two tackles are natural " road graders ".

Well Ross, I can tell football season isn't too far away. I see you already have your kool aid sign up selling the kool aid & I don't mean McKinstry either. I mean the kool aid & the cheese that the fools drink & eat before every season. The Saints are good for 5 wins maximum & are most likely going to get a top 5 pick in next year's draft IF Loomis doesn't do something stupid & trade that pick for wash out. They have no tight ends. They have a very over the hill running back who wants even more than his outrageous salary he's set to make this year. They have a mediocre receiving corps with the worst most uncertain to say the least O. line situation they've had in 20 years. They have a completely immobile QB who still hasn't proven to most fans that he can get the job done with any consistency. And I heard you mention Payton Turner is set for this break out monster year. If this guy is active for 6 games that will be a monster year for him. You mentioned Demario Davis, one of the best players in Saints history, no doubt. But even he is getting long in the tooth & slowing down. This is likely Cam Jordan's last season. The only part of this team that has had any consistency at a high level is the secondary & who knows what we will see with our over the hill safeties. We're still not even sure about our place kicker, or punter. I know you have a job to do, but for the sake of us all, could you be a little bit more objective & quit sounding like a myopia dealer.

The brilliant Mickey Loomis gave away 39 1/2 sacks over the last three NFL seasons just so he could draft that insignificantly worthless player. Announced his retirement, doubt he'll be looking to land anywhere! And even if he did, I think the Giants would still own his rights and the Saints would have to trade for him.
