It looks that way visually on the heat meter color. But I've tested it multiple times with the Q and the damage is not empowered. Are you sure?

@@xerenityapexlegends3940 I’m certain that it at least applies the empowered effects for W and E. I’ve never really been in the situation to test Q, but I don’t imagine it functioning any different if the other abilities weren’t impacted the same way. And yeah, u got it 👍

No f*cking way. Not only does FS do way way less damage than comet, it also has horrible path for rumble. He needs not mana sustain in lane which is most of the reason people go for inspiration. Sure, you can get stopwatch and shore up 750 from your 2nd item as support but that's mostly luxury. I guess you can take future's market and cosmic insight, they're all beneficial, but nothing compared to scorch, nimbus cloak and comet's damage. Not to mention it locks you out of some color combinations. You pretty much have to go ToB and Ultimate hunter as support Rumble so resolve or secondary sorcery is out of the question. It ain't it chief.

I think protobelt vs champions with high mobility

always go protobelt as mythic (not always first item) unless enemy team is entirely squishy

Night harvester is good vs squishies while protobelt can be useful vs high mobility / assasinating a single person & the passive is very strong vs tanks. Which mythic is better just depends on the game really

always rush sorc boots into mythic

Protobelt is also used to counter the Crown

It's typically a 5th or 6th item. It's good on rumble, but boots, night harvester, zhonya, Morello are often more important. Void, Shadowflame, Demonic are strong options as well. But depends on the game and your playstyle.. However, rushing ryalis loses damage and burst overall and delays your 3 item powerspike.

I think ult and e already slow, so while it adds some more slows, its still not needed.

The secondary runes u would take. So for the smaller runes, u would pick the red category and then go Taste of Blood (top middle) and Ultimate Hunter (bottom right).

In mid lane they usually ban Syndra or Annie. In top lane Sion or Illaoi. Sometimes Urgot.

Rumbles winrate falls the longer the game goes. It's completely negative. He relies heavily on snowballing and strong early-mid game to get success.

She has a lot of dashes and she's immune to damage if you're outside her zone. So ulting from far away against Gwen is difficult. I think.

Her w can negate his burst if used well, also better all-in

Rumble shts on camille early. Just might want electrocute + resolve secondarys and ignite as you don't rly want to "poke" her without trying to all in.

@@TtTt-1995 idk, if she e’s in and autos you, she gets the magic damage shield that blocks all of your Q damage basically. Makes the matchup terrible. The only thing I can think of is if you just auto while the shield is up and then wait to attack after, but the slow from W keeps you from really fighting.

That's the problem though. Its only his ultimate. He doesn't have a kit that can teamfight when not fed, nor sidelane, because your Q dps will fall off after it is maxed as an ability while autos from champs like irelia will always continue to scale until the end of the game both with level and items. Its just a wager if you would rather have an unreliable rumble ult or an actual toplaner with 3 abilities + an ultimate. You might get away with it mid since rumble will spike earlier at about 1-2 items compared to most mages but not top.

i feel like a lot of people forget how ridiculous demonic embrace is.... gives defense while burning...

If you build liandries you will be super squishy and can't utilise the mana + liandries is getting nerfed
