Well in plants like these, it's mostly the owner who has no employee security. People often switch jobs without any notice and the owner cannot really take any action against them.

Always thought the same thing, you would think it makes more sense to stack the item on a trolley then push them to the next station or throw the item into a box or similar container and not keep bending over all the time.

The alternative is to leave these hard working men without a job, without a way to earn for their family? Also, there is ZERO evidence that tools made in this video are for the American or, in general, Western market. I have never even seen a L wrench like that, in favor of rateching mechanisms. These tools are most likely for their domestic market.

@@Yman83464z If you know about C in tool steels you should know about Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium which are the principal components of a quality tool steel. I gave up on this video after two minutes of seeing nothing but a slave labour operation. Safety for workers is non existant other that gloves. That aside when the rounds were drilled after pressing the square end the nature of drilling swarf remaining tells me it is not any more that approx 0.10% Carbon. So you are right but I'd go a step further and suggest it iis utter crap. I really feel for those workers ipping rounds into an acid bath. Imaging their guts after a few years. Never has the old saying "you get what you pay for" been better evidenced.

I am happy to see these guys working and providing for their families, and the skills used to synchronize the production line without out injury but I am appaulded at the unsafe work environment. Do not envy or reject these cheap tools. I admire them and use them everyday because I know that I am supporting someone somewhere stiffarm poverty. I also know that some of our giant tool makers are maybe using parts from these same human factories from all over the world. Global Ecomomy..... Profits have no soul but a bottomline.

Muy probablemente las barras de cold rolled ya vienen tratadas ,aunque no parece ya todos los procesos que llevo desde las marcas antiderrapantes,caja y el doblado los hicieron como si fuera un caramelo,quizás si no estén tratadas,pero es estrategia de venta hay que vender bien pero no tan bien para que se compre seguido jajajja,otra cosa que no puedo ver es la costumbre,porque no es que no puedan ,es su costumbre......es siempre descalzos.......la vdd no puedo con eso

Working Conditions aren't bad. I didnt see anything dangerous. The only things I would change would be steel toed shoes and gloves for all workers. But again those are western standards. And no one in the west would do this work for what these guys are getting paid. The west is a bunch of spoiled little brats.

All worker are well known about their work butt they are suffering in lot of problems becz in this area of Pakistan or in Pakistan work can't meet their experiences and no labour law department perform any role butt labour department get cash against protection of factory owner.
