Question: May month mein suppose hum 400 unit generate kare aur consumption 600 units h, toh kya hume 200 difference ka bill pay karna padega? Or this can adjusted in coming month...jaise June,July mein consumption kum aur production zada hoga

It is the total monthly generation by solar plant It has no role while billing But it shows the performance of plant

generation unit - solar ne dinbhar kitna generation kiya , export unit - Ghar mein use hone ke bad bachi hui units jo grid ko supply ki gai .. import unit - raat ko + din mein kabhi kabhi extra load honepar ya badal aa jayein toh grid se units li jati hai... so bill ke hisab se generation - 484. export - 361, import - 229 so ghar mein use hua import + (generation - export) = 229 + (484-361) = 352 units.

As per this power bill, when the government gives subsidies (e.g. Delhi and Karnataka govt gives 200 units free), then solar-installed customers are not getting any benefit for genuinely helping the government by generating carbon-neutral power and making an upfront investment for the solar plant. This is because power is consumed directly during day time from solar plant is invisible (not accounted) + 200 units of free power drawn from the grid is subtracted from export. In effect, while others are enjoying the 200 units of free power, a solar-installed customer not getting any benefits and donates cheap power for others to consume freely. Any thoughts or am I mistaken?

if you had didn't install solar then you had to consume more units that bill was also generated..also recently one of the ministers of Delhi govt announced the termination offree units scheme. and we can't say for how many years such a free scheme will last as govt changes schemes changes. solar is always a good investment
