Have you ever wished for a crystal ball that can help you make tough choices? Lissette struggled to make decisions and felt stuck for years. Finally, we worked together, and she learned how to get out of analysis paralysis and make decisions faster, which helped her even when it felt like she still faced the same options as she had previously.
Lissette felt stuck and overwhelmed by the career decisions that were piling up in her life. She was trying to make these critical choices all by herself, but progress was frustratingly slow. After we worked together, she learned how to ask powerful questions and uncover what she really wanted, so she could finally take action and move forward on the things that mattered most.
Whether you are looking to progress in your business or make a complete shift, making decisions has proven to be one of the most difficult things for most people. By learning how to make decisions while making sure the choice is intrinsically motivated, you will find progress toward your goals and allow yourself to begin feeling better about your work. I hope this video and the conversation help you do that.
If, like Lissette, you want to make sure you don't miss your chance to make a shift in your life, then reach out in the link below to see ways I can help you.
To your success,
Doreca Delbridge [Ms. Dory Linda]

That bit where Lissette mentioned she didn’t fully complete her assignment, but you still commended her for her progress really stood out to me. I, too, never really looked at goal achieving in that sense either. Thank you for the lesson 🙏🏼❤️

You're welcome 😊 Recognizing and celebrating small steps keeps the momentum going and in the end builds the self efficacy that we need to make progress sustainable long term. So yeah, a huge and important approach to implement for sure!!

omg!!! that was my thought process and I'm just excited that I'm not alone! LOL! I love the visual of a child taking their first steps because that's the only way to get things done. Doing this, I have finally started my business but I still, still struggle with this. It's because I too as an INFP think more of the future or the past rather than just now and then get overwhelmed. So breathing and staying present and celebrating each step is huge. I loved the convo over job-hopping etc because I am one who stayed in a job or jobs for years that I hated because of trying to "build" as well as fear of stepping out on my own (which I need to be). Her mindset was mine for such a long time and I am just excited to know I was not alone!

👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 well done for taking those first steps and starting your business. What is your business about? It's so key to activate the type of goal motivation that propels us forward. Being too future or past focused or gripping the goal so tightly is detrimental for us, I will talk about this in an upcoming video.
