Years ago I used to petsit my friends cat. I would stay in her home so the cat's, routine was not disturbed. He very soon learned to recognise & remember me & knew whet time I got back from work. As I walked up the road I would see him sitting on the garden wall waiting for me. As soon as he, saw me he'd jump down and run to meet me then walk back to the house with me.

Thanks for your feedback! Cats can remember their owners for years especially if you’re their favorite human (aka the one with the treats)😅 They use their super sniffer and sharp eyes to recognize us.
