@@CoolinAF He may "exaggerate" his emotions, but when you're grinding and succeed you do get a little excited. I've grinded achievements for games before. When not being watched I let out a lets go, but when you know those who "support" you are watching you get kind of hyped.

Right. But I would just add one thing: we have all the time we need, and lots of possibilities, but we need to sort out which desires are healthy or good for us and which aren't.
