One question Dr. Trish if I may ask? At one time their was this thing on KZfaq called female supremecy University, and they had these programs trying to give men female characteristics by hypnosis screens an voices put together in a special way. Was that a true rewireing but I only watch you now. They wanted matriarch an men on estrogen. Yes I may be pro matriarch but not estrogen. You straightened me out to a new person. ...I did use a hypnotist fora sport be it worked.theirs more to it than that

@@namanrawal5849 I know my statistics. There’s research that shows it may work in lab settings. No evidence has been found that it works in any statistically significant way above and beyond therapy equivalents outside of the lab. This is not surprising. It's quite expensive, but if you are in distress or are otherwise impaired then it's worth it. I'm California to have an EEG and editing and analysis of the EEG is approximately $800 and approximately and then $165 per session. After 8-10 sessions then a follow up EEG for about $500 then another block of 8-10 + $500 for a second follow up and then another block of 8-10.

I'm so, so sorry. I can feel the pain in your words. I wonder how you're doing now? I've only recently (3.5 months ago) I found out my husband of 39 years has betrayed me for 30 years with a serious porn (PMO) addiction. I too revered him; held him in such high esteem that it seems (still seems) IMPOSSIBLE that he could've done it. It has broken me. I hope you have found some help. As an aside, I found my favorite cousin, after years of not knowing where he was. We finally reconnected only to find out later he died (also suddenly) and I didn't even know until his wife contacted me some weeks afterward. It was devastating. Please. . . .be strong.

This year has so far been merely an extension of 2023. Which was, without question, the worst year of my entire life. PMO is porn/masturbation/orgasm which is how porn addicts/habitual users generally conduct their lives. I'm left with rage (just like you said), no trust, no peace and enough grief for a lifetime. We are trying to work through our problem but without professional help (which there doesn't seem to be anyone near us and we couldn't afford it if there was) I don't know how successful we'll be. If I didn't have 40 years invested in him--and love him so much--I would've walked out that Sunday 3.5 mo. ago. I hope you are doing better? Any peace yet for you? I DO understand... @@GodHelpMe369

I’ve been doing therapy for my son and what I can tell you from what the therapists told me…. Before you can do this treatment, you have to address the trauma you’ve experienced. Your losses and deal with them. Once you’ve done that, you can address other things like the depression from the trauma but your depression may not even be as strong once you’ve addressed the trauma. Go speak with someone. Talk it out. One step and day at a time. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
