Her dating ban has been and gone. if it was reviled when she still had the dating ban then it would of been bad, but since it's been over a years since the ban ended it wouldn't matter if they've been dating for years. Plus it's not like it effected her performances back then either, she was working very hard. Plus Heechul & JYP are very close so it's unlikely he would break the rule to begin with, or JYP allowed them to date before the ban was lifted.
